School Rules
- All students are expected to arrive on time. Students who arrive late for more than 5 minutes may be denied entry and late entry shall be made recorded in his/her badge.
- A student must not co-operate or indulge in any act of violence committed by other students which can harm any student physically or mentally.
- The school reserves to itself the right to expel any student whose diligence or progress in studies is steadily unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students.
- Any kinds of toys, electronic gadgets, cell phones, watches, gold jewellery or sharp articles etc. are not allowed to bring in the school or else it will be confiscated. In case of the loss of valuables, the authority shall not undertake any responsibility for the loss.
- Firing crackers or splashing colours during Diwali / Holi or on other day in the school premises is strictly forbidden. Non- compliance of these instructions can result in expulsion from the school.
- The Principal of the school may recommend withdrawal of a student from the school, if the students behavior or influence on others be detrimental to the general discipline and interest of the school. The recommendations would be put on to the Management for the final decision.
Procedure to Inculcate Discipline:
Violations of the school rules will be subjected to a fine of Rs. 10/-. Repetition of violation of the same rules will be subjected to a fine of Rs. 100/-. The damaged objects have to be compensated according to the extent of damage done by the students. It will lead to following steps
- Parents being called to sign an undertaking and to pay double the cost of damage.
- Name being struck off on serious offence.
- Issuing different cards observing gravity of the offence.
To be issued by the class teacher or Coordinator for a period of 2-5 days and signed by the teacher or House Master. The cards may be issued for the following reasons:
- Not properly dressed up, shoes not polished and nails not cut
- Habitually late in the School or reporting, late in class or in play ground.
- Not obeying School orders and not doing Home Work, Class work or Project Work.
- Not Speaking in English in the school premises.
- Hair properly not cut and combed. The card will not be taken off till an improvement is noticed.
To be issued by the Subject Teacher and signed by the Principal. Card may be issued for the following reasons:
- Repeated carelessness and untidy work.
- Not bringing the Almanac, required books, note books, Homework/ Classwork, Assignments.
- Misbehavior in the Bus and School premises.
- Not submitting an application for absence immediately after joining back. . If the progress during the week is satisfactory, the Yellow card may be discontinued by the Subject Teacher.
To be issued by the Principal on the recommendation of a teacher for the period of 5 days. A red card may be given for:
- Missing classes, assembly, S.U.P.W., library, Physical Education, etc.
- Cheating during any test or exam or consulting books notes or friends during examination.
- Damaging school property, bursting crackers, driving or bringing motorbike.
- Rude or insolent behavior with a teacher or any other student inside or outside school.
- Indulged in fighting with fellow students and causing violence either inside or outside school.
- Stealing articles from school or from bags of other students or staff anywhere else.
To be issued by the Co-ordinators to the students who are in line with discipline of the school and are monitored at frequent intervals during the month. The green card may be given for consistency in
- 100% attendance in the month
- Best volunteer for organising schools events/functions
- Best spoken English
- Achievement doneforthr school/ society’s in area of sports, social services, etc
- Best turn out/ uniform maintained.
- Hospitality manner obedient behavior.
- Best handwriting/ Making Wall Magazines/ Decorating house/ Class soft boards.
